These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BODECKER Productions, LLC website and services, including The Signature Society membership and the Bodecker Affiliate Platform. By accessing our site or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use this website and our services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm BODECKER Productions, LLC, our members, or other users.
Donations and ticket purchases are processed through the Bodecker Affiliate Platform and are subject to the terms presented at checkout. Event details are subject to change.
Membership in The Signature Society requires a minimum donation of $100 and is limited to the first 100 patrons. Members are eligible to share in a profit pool equal to 20% of total net profits after all event expenses are paid. Profit distributions depend on event performance and are not guaranteed.
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of BODECKER Productions, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
BODECKER Productions, LLC provides this site and its services “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
